Granberry Counseling Centers

Dear Granberry client:

I am the director of Granberry Counseling Centers. I want to thank you for the trust you have placed in Ginger, our Granberry counselor. As you know, Ginger will be leaving Granberry for a new position with another organization. Her final day in the office was October 28, 2011.

I want to assure you that I have been diligently looking for another counselor who can provide you the same caring, Christian counseling you have been receiving from Ginger. I believe I have found such a person. Her name is Paula Sheppherd. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Paula has been licensed since 1999. She has served as a counselor in public schools and in private practice. She has also served as a minister’s wife for over 30 years and is a gifted speaker at conferences. I received excellent recommendations in which she was described as a "supportive person" who is also an "encourager" and who is "committed to biblical principles."

I believe she is the person to carry on the ministry at Granberry where Ginger is leaving off. Paula will begin with Granberry October 31, 2011. She will begin calling all of Ginger’s former clients to set up appointments on that day and the following day, November 1, 2011. Her Granberry cell phone number (318-623-1711) will be the same as Ginger’s number. If for some reason you do not hear from her to schedule your next appointment, please feel free to call her.

I know this can be a challenging transition for clients. I am praying the transition will be as smooth as possible for you (and/or your family). At Granberry, we are concerned very much about the clients who have entrusted their lives into our care. We are constantly keeping in mind what is in the best interest of our clients. Therefore, we are doing everything to make this a smooth transition for you.

If you have questions or concerns that I can help you with, please feel free to call me at 318-345-8200. I pray God will bless you as you are continuing your therapeutic relationship with Paula. Thank you again for entrusting your care to us.

Sincerely,

Kathy Eichelberger, MAMFC, D.Min., LPC
