Did you know your Baptist Mission Center
has a large and small tent you can rent
for your church events?

If your church group would like to rent either the large or small tent:
- Contact Tracey at 318.445.5772 or email traceyo@suddenlinkmail.com to schedule the tent.
- Download, complete and return the Tent_Application along with $100 to officially schedule the tent.
- Download Tent_Checklist to prepare for all aspects of tent use.
- Call David Garza, Tent Director at 318.451.3724 to work out a time for delivery and set up of tent.
- Provide 10 volunteers for small tent or 15 volunteers for large tent to assist with raising tent.
- Balance of tent rental must be paid at least 2 weeks prior to tent use. Make checks payable to Baptist Mission Center Attn: Tracey, 2201 Melrose Street, Pineville, La. 71360
- Prepare a mileage check to David Garza for 2 roundtrips (one to bring tent, one to pick up tent) from 2201 Melrose Street, Pineville, LA 71360 to tent location to be given to him when he brings tent to location. Mileage rate is IRS rate of .55 cents per mile.
- After event please download Tent_Ministry_Report and return to David Garza, 2201 Melrose Street, Pineville, 71360 or email to dgarza@suddenlinkmail.com

If your church group is interested in renting either one of the tents listed below, download the appropriate rental contracts. Call Tracey at 318-.445.5772 to schedule your the tent to be delivered. Then complete the forms and returned them with your $100 to secure your dates. Please read all forms as there are certain duties you must complete with your insurance and to assist the tent director before your event is officially scheduled.
